Coastal lash is a Millstone based salon, specializing in brows & lashes. Services are customized by licensed and experienced experts to enhance your natural beauty. Coastal Lash should be a part of your self care ritual (just like a day near the coast). Our policies We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In the event of an allergic reaction, a complimentary removal may be done. We have a small space with fragile things all over the salon- No children/extra guests are permitted in Coastal Lash. Lash clients are expected to be coming in for their fills with 50% of their lashes left. Failure to do so will result in needing extra time (if we have it) or booking fills closer. Have a tiny gap within 1-3 days of getting your lashes done? We offer complimentary 1-3 day touch ups to fix this. Any fill past the 3 week & 3 day mark will be considered a full set. A card must always be on file to book an appointment. Coastal Lash does enforce a cancellation policy, and it must be signed before booking any appointment with us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must cancel prior to the 24 hour mark to avoid a cancellation fee. An appointment rescheduled/canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, will result in a 50% cancellation fee of all services booked. An appointment rescheduled/canceled the morning of, or on the same day is considered a no show appointment & will result in a 100% cancellation fee of all services booked. Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in any future appointments getting canceled. More than 2 no shows will result in being banned from booking.
